The companies said that the initiatives focus on access to energy and stable water in the community.
The director of external affairs and social benefits, Seplat Energy Plc, AFE hair, said that the sun-energy mini-grille has a capacity of 18.45 kWp of 30 kWh and 20 kva inverter.
He said the project was designed to provide electricity to about 138 families and companies in the community.
Afe added that the participants in pioneers in the company of youth entrepreneurship of the company (Yep) graduated successfully.
He said that the program is oriented to develop skills for a greener basic economy for potential employment and placement paths for young people.
He said: “Yep is a complete Empowerment program aimed at equipping young people with the skills and knowledge necessary to design, install, keep solar installations and other energy solutions within their communities.
“The initiatives have highlighted the constant thrust of the JV to support inclusive growth through clean energy solutions, a company led by young people and access to portable water.
“JV partners remained strategic in applying the three projects to have a positive impact on the vital areas of the United Nations sustainable development objectives (SDG).”
