The All Progressives Congress, APC, congratulated the Governor of the State of Ondo Lucky Aiyedatiwa for the verdict of the Court who supports his victory in the elections of November 16 last year.

In a declaration by Mr. Steve Otaloro, its director, Media & Publicny in the State, the party also congratulated the people of the State for the victory that said that it was significant for democracy and the rule of law in Nigeria.

According to the declaration, “we also take the opportunity to happy the governor Aiyedatiwa on this important verdict, which acts as a lighthouse of hope for the renewal of the democratic principles and the certainty that the votes of the elector will continue to count.

“This sentence shows that political parties cannot undermine the mandate of the people through judicial means if they cannot earn it from the polls.

“As we celebrate this victory, we urge the governor Aiyedatiwa to double his efforts in delivering the democratic dividends promised to the people of the state of wave.

“The trust that citizens have placed in his leadership is evident in the overwhelming support he received during the elections of the Governorate of November 16, 2024.

“We are confident that it will continue to work diligently for the improvement of our great state. We praise the court for its diligence and to support the will of the people. This decision strengthens the integrity of our electoral process and the importance of responsibility in governance.

“Under the leadership of the governor Aiyedatiwa, the state of wave has witnessed considerable results, including the improvement of the educational system and the use of thousands of teachers, investing in the development of infrastructures, starting various youth empowerment programs and construction of roads throughout the state.

“In addition, he updated the health centers and supported our farmers, demonstrating his dedication and commitment to the well -being of people.

“We encourage the political parties of the opposition to join the government in its research to improve the life of our citizens through constructive criticisms and collaborative efforts. Together, we can encourage an environment of growth and development for the benefit of all residents of the state of ondo.
