Four people were stabbed near the shopping center in Finland, the police said.
One person was arrested after the incident, which occurred near the Ratina shopping center in Tampere City, known as the Sauna of Capital of the World.
The stabbing did not result in death, the police said, while Cordon had previously been deleted and officers had left the scene.
The police initially blocked all the Ratina shopping centers and people were not allowed to enter or leave.
“The situation no longer pose a danger to outsiders,” the local police spokesman said in a previous statement.
The police then said there were no indications of terrorist or racist motifs in the incident.
Tampere, the third largest city of Finland, is located in the southern country, around 112 miles northwest of Capital Helsinki.

The police did not give details about the suspect, but Daily Ilta-Sanomat said, according to his information, the person arrested was a Finnish man in his 20s.
Public announcer Yle reported in advance that traffic in the city center could not afford.
Yle also reports the pressure washing machine used to clean blood stains outside the shopping center.
