Professor dies in the midst of Romp with Student in the Hotel Camera

Senior teacher at the Prince Abubakar Audu University (Paau), Anyigba, Kogi, Dr. Olabode Abimbola Ibikunle, died while presumably had a S3xual relationship with a student.

The accident took place on Tuesday 15 July 2025, in an Anyigba hotel and later was reported to the police by the hotel director.

The spokesman for the police command of Kogi, SP William Aya, confirmed the accident to the Nigeria news agency (Nan) in Lokoja on Friday.

Aya described the accident as unfortunate and said that an autopsy was conducted to determine the cause of death.

According to him, the hotel manager, Moses on Friday, reported that a 22 -year -old student from Paou, Gloria Samuel, rushed to the reception to notify the staff that the teacher had collapsed during their meeting.

The police were immediately informed and the teacher was taken to the hospital, where he was confirmed dead by a doctor.

The police said the investigations were in progress and that further actions would be taken based on the results.

A student who spoke with Nan said that the teacher was involved in sexual relations with the 22 -year student of 200 years before his sudden disappearance.

He said the lady was arrested and brought to the police custody and subsequently transferred to the Department of Criminal Investigations (Scid) for further investigations.

According to reports, Ibikunle, who had been married to children, had registered in the hotel at the beginning of that day with the student of the Department of Education of Social Studies.

There are unconfirmed relationships according to which the teacher had consumed more energy drinks before the accident. (Nan)
