The Director of Operations (DOO), Firestone Liberia (FSLB), will oversee the company’s supply chain operations including manufacturing, logistics and technical services. Reporting to the General Manager, the DOO will be a key member of FSLB’s leadership team, contributing to the company’s strategic direction and performance.

The DOO will lead 4 key initiatives: 1) ensuring FSLB is ‘future fit’ in terms of optimizing rubber manufacturing capacity; 2) identifying, training, and deploying talent; 3) implementing systems to ensure FSLB is a center of excellence in safety and manufacturing efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years’ experience in a progressive agribusiness career, covering, manufacturing operations, logistics and technical services.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience in agricultural estates’ management at Director level. Proven leadership and project management skills. Experience in managing P&L’s, operating TSR and RSS manufacturing facilities and implementing sustainability programs.
