The debate of Pere Sparks Bbnaja, claims the filmmaker of South Africa

Personality TV Reality and Actor Nollywood Pere EGBI has triggered controversy in the Nigerian entertainment sector after stating that South African filmmakers surpassed their colleagues in Nigeria in terms of standards and production quality.

In a new post on page X, Pere emphasizes progress in the sound design, cinematography, and overall production value made by the South African film industry. Nollywood is still lagging behind in the field of technical expertise and industrial organizations, he claims, despite his extensive reputation and a very large output.

He asserted in his post on social media that South Africans were far in front of their nollywood colleagues in terms of narrative storytelling, film making, work ethics, and other fields.

“Don’t be offended by my nollywood colleagues, but you see South Africa, they are in front of us o when coming to film production, telling stories, making films, work ethics, just call it. They are in front. We need to collaborate!” Pere wrote on page X official.
