  3. I love win1. The job is delivered. Sometimes if you are starting out, you need to be present -on ground! I have lost a client before as a result of my absence. If you can't do the job, be honest, people employ people!

    Also, clients undermine our work. I think having contracts that enforce a good percentage of down payment is important.
