Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman scored for Atletico as they fought back to beat Barcelona in their Champions League quarter-final clash on Tuesday night.
Trailing 2-0 from the first leg at Camp Nou, Barcelona started the match well by equalizing 2-2 on aggregate in the 24th minute.
Lamine Yamal opened the scoring in the fourth minute and Ferran Torres added a second in the 24th minute, but Lookman ended their dream just after the half hour with a goal.
Barcelona, who ended the match with 10 men following Eric García’s red card in the 79th minute, may have won the match 2-1, but it was Atletico who advanced to the semifinals.

Atletico Madrid have won all three Champions League knockout games against Barcelona.
Elsewhere, Liverpool were again beaten 2-0 by Paris Saint Germain as they crashed out of the Champions League.
Trailing 2-0 from the first leg in Paris, Liverpool had hopes of a comeback at Anfield, but ended up conceding two more goals to lose 4-0 on aggregate.
Currently, Atleti will face Arsenal or Sporting CP in the semifinals as they bid to reach the final for the first time since 2016.
PSG, on the other hand, will face the winner of the match between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday.
