Today, with immense joy and deep admiration, I will celebrate an extraordinary personality, an outstanding police officer, a reliable colleague and a truly humble gentleman, Deputy Superintendent of Police Emmanuel Opeyemi Oluborode, the Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Ogun State Command and the Officer in Charge of the Complaints Response Unit (CRU).

On this special occasion of your birthday, I join your family, friends, co-workers and numerous admirers in thanking Almighty God for the priceless gift of your life, your service and your unwavering commitment to humanity.

Your journey in the Nigeria Police Force has been characterized by diligence, professionalism, discipline, humility and rare dedication to duty. During your time as a Traffic Officer at Mowe Division Headquarters, your exceptional performance, intelligence and humane approach to policing set you apart from your colleagues. Your impact has been visible, your service unforgettable, and your contributions greatly appreciated by both the Command and members of the public.

As Deputy Command PPRO Ogun and Officer in Charge of the CRU, you have continued to exemplify excellence, responsibility, patience and leadership. Your calm disposition, respectful nature, and ability to relate warmly to people regardless of status remain qualities that make you well-loved and respected by all who meet you.

Beyond the uniform, you are a sincere friend, a reliable brother, and a source of encouragement to many. Your humility despite your successes speaks volumes about your character.
