Trabzonspor won the Turkish Cup after defeating Konyaspor 2-1 in the final, with striker Paul Onuachu scoring both goals to secure the trophy.
Onuachu opened the scoring in the 18th minute after a precise cross from Wagner Pina from the right wing.
The Nigerian striker hit a magnificent volley from the center of the area to give Trabzonspor the lead.
Konyaspor responded in the 50th minute through DR Congo international Jackson Muleka, who equalized to make it 1-1.
The winning goal came in the 76th minute, after a handball by Marko Jevtovic inside the penalty area.
The referee immediately pointed to the spot and Onuachu calmly converted the penalty, placing the ball in the bottom right corner.

With this victory, Trabzonspor wins the Turkish Cup (Türkiye Kupası) for the tenth time in its history.

It also marks the fifth team trophy of Onuachu’s professional career, capping an impressive season for the Nigerian international.
Trabzonspor’s successful campaign not only allowed them to lift the Turkish Cup but also secure qualification for next season’s UEFA Europa League.
The club will return to European football after a season-long absence and will enter the competition at the play-off stage.
