“Middlemen” have reportedly offered Galatasaray and Nigeria international striker Victor Osimhen to Barcelona, but the striker is not said to be in the club’s plans for the future.
Barcelona are keen to bring in a new number 9 this summer to replace Robert Lewandowski and have made Atletico Madrid’s Julián Álvarez their top transfer target.
A new report from Diario Sport claims that Barcelona have been offered the chance to sign Osimhen “through third parties” in recent hours, but the club does not see it as a priority this summer.
Barça remains focused on Álvarez and is confident that he will be able to leave Atlético this summer, despite Los Colchoneros’ initial frustration.
As for Osimhen, there is regular speculation about his signing, and Galatasaray will demand around €150 million for his signing.
