The new Super Eagles forward has few details about his incorporation to Belgian side Genk

Recently capped Nigerian international striker Rafiu Durosinmi is close to completing his transfer to Belgian first division side Genk from relegated Italian side Pisa, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.

Genk won the race for his signing despite a strong push from Turkish Trabzonspor, who had to pay more in personal terms than the Belgians.

As reported by Sky journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the deal will close for a fee of between โ‚ฌ10 million and โ‚ฌ11 million, but Pisa will also benefit from bonuses and a 20% share of any future resale.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the player also has a termination clause set at 18 million euros. This could come in handy, considering Durosinmi remains one of the most promising players in football and could find a better future in Belgium.

The January signing did not have his best moment in Italy and despite having a contract valid until the summer of 2030, he scored only one goal and one assist in 12 games for a total of 430 minutes.
