In 2026, “Tika” keeps Niniola busy, with the Nigerian Afro-house sensation releasing the indie song through Drumroll Records on September 25, just over a month after Without You.

The release comes on the back of the four-track EP Without You, providing Niniola with another solo entry, this time following a project focused on a much more intimate chapter in her life and career.

The track clocks in at 115 BPM, squarely within the rhythmic, dance-oriented realm so strongly tied to his music. His voice is still front and center, supporting the track with the confident delivery that has always been a staple of his Afro-house output.

Niniola already has a strong fan base in African dance music and the track was also chosen as one of Apple Music’s latest Afrobeat tracks. This visibility provides his recent work with a beneficial platform as it makes its way to listeners outside of his core audience.
