Alikiba, Tanzanian Bongo Flava singer and founder of Kings Music, keeps the 2026 releases rolling with “Natubu,” a new single that delves into repentance, pain and the desire for redemption.

The recording is in Swahili and is a collection of confessions of mistakes and attempts to make amends. Alikiba reflects on the issue in a contemplative performance, expressing regret and a desire to make amends. It follows his September collaboration with S2kizzy on the song “Jiji” and takes a more personal turn in his recent releases.

The track is produced by Ma Feeling and retains Alikiba‘S Bongo Flava links, but with a softer musical arrangement. The message is clear in the track by virtue of its steady beat and vocal cadence.
