Defender Bright Osayi-Samuel was one of the scorers as Fenerbahçe continued their flawless start to the season with 4-2 win over Hatayspor on Sunday.
Brazilian midfielder Fred is another player who contributed significantly to the handsome victory at Ülker Stadyumu Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Spor Kompleksi in Istanbul.
Sebastian Szymański score first in the seventh minute, followed by Osayi-Samuel doubling the lead eight minutes later.
Fred assisted Edin Džeko for Fenerbahçe’s third goal, giving them a solid advantage at halftime.
Hatayspor then scored twice in the second half, but İrfan Kahveci netted Fenerbahçe’s fourth goal to secure the win.
Osayi-Samuel expressed his admiration for Fred, praising his leadership and experience.
