I’m in good shape — Moses Simon

Simon, who was one of the best players on the pitch, was a thorn in the flesh of the Wild Dogs.

The winger was involved in the only goal of the game which was enough to seal Nigeria’s qualification to the round of 16.

Guinea Bissau defender, Opa Sangante diverted Simon’s cross cross into his own net nine minutes before the break.

The Super Eagles will face Cameroun in the last 16 on Saturday.

Speaking on his performance, Moses Simon said: “I’m in good shape, both physically and mentally, I attempt many things, even if the outcomes don’t always align with my intentions.”
