Ignorance is not a virtue. Nigerians need to get with the times. This is a medical procedure and very common in the western countries. About sagging skin, it is possible she also did plastic surgery to take care of the skin. She looks great! She feels great! Her health is definitely better than before! Happy for her!
PS: there are complications of the procedure down the line. Mostly vitamins and possible electrolytes deficiencies and imbalances which can be taken care of by supplementing whatever is deficient.
