We can exclusively reveal that the NFF has drawn up a shortlist of three candidates for the position led by current Cameroon senior national team coach Marc Brys. The coach is open to leaving the team due to his bad relationship with the president of the Football Federation, Samuel Eto’o.

Former Cameroon coach Antonio Conceição is also in the shortlist of three and is considered by many to be the favourite, due to his track record on the continent while in charge of Cameroon two years ago.

The last on the list is Didier Six, who previously coached the Guinean senior team until 2021. Six, a former French international, has already coached the senior national teams of Togo and Mauritius, respectively.
