Tinubu appoints new chairs for CCT, PenCom, ICRC DGs

President Bola Tinubu has appointed Mr. Mainasara Kogoa as the new chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, who confirmed the news in a statement on Saturday in Abuja, said the principal also appointed Omolola Oloworaran as Director-General of the National Pension Commission (PenCom).

Tinubu also appointed Jobson Ewalefoh as the new Director-General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC).

Kogoa will replace Danladi Umar as CCT chairman.

However, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation.

The statement read: β€œPresident Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

β€œDr. Kogo is an experienced lawyer and analyst in the fields of law, security, economics, politics, and international diplomacy.

β€œFor PenCom, President Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mrs Omolola Bridget Oloworaran as the new Director-General of the National Pension Commission (PenCom).

β€œMrs. Oloworaran is a finance and banking expert with many years of experience.”
