Mainoo is technically and mentally gifted –Ten Hag

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has described England midfielder Kobbie Mainoo as a technically and mentally gifted player.

The Dutch coach made this clear after his impressive performance at the current Euro 2024.

Let’s remember that the midfielder will be a starter in tonight’s final between England and Spain.

However, in a chat with the Club websiteTen Hag said Mainoo was crucial in England’s semi-final win over the Netherlands.

“As much as I was hoping for Oranje to win, I enjoyed the Kobbie Mainoo,” said Ten Hag after England’s semi-final win over the Netherlands.

“What a talent. Technically, but also mentally. Kobbie is a great lad. I really thought he was one of the best players on the pitch against Holland.

“He was crucial in England’s dominance in the first half hour.”
