All ready for the kick -off of the Super League for Club IMO owners at the Osia stadium

Ngor Okpala, IMO State-The excitement is building while the Super League of the Super League of the Super League of the State Club Association is prepared on Saturday 5 July 2025, at the Ultra-Modern Osia City stage, Ngor Okpala.

This main competition is organized under the guidance of the boss. Kachi Attufula, CEO of Malick Pro FC and City Cruz Hotel, Owerri, who was decisive in restoring the pride of the club owners in the IMO football administration.

The organizing committee is led by President Patrick Osuji, with Sir PMC Okeke who is coordinator and Bro Kingsley Azodo as secretary. Other members of the Committee include Mr. Chima Ekeh, M/S Jenny Anusiem and Michael Ahamefula, who all bring vast experience in the project.

To ensure the regular correction of the two -week event, several under -subroured were established:

Technical Committee – chaired by Chima Ekeh, with Mr. Innocent Onwubiko, Mr. Chika Orji and Mr. Paul Sylva as members.

Media/advertising committee – led by Mr. Kennedy Onwunali, CEO of Silversports FC, supported by Paul Sylva and Mr. Ovuegbe Okechukwu, in charge of providing vast media coverage and global streaming of the matches.

The tournament will present 16 football clubs that fight for glory, starting with a seminar for the team officials, followed by the opening match between the giant Barillas FC and Captain Marvel FC.

“This Super League is more than a simple football; it is a platform for IMO players to be explored internationally and a showcase of the football potential of our state,” Sir Okeke said in a media briefing in Owerri.

The sponsorship opportunities remain open to government agencies and corporate organizations across the country. The organizers have ensured fans of an unforgettable football show at the only private sports facility of IMO, the Osia City stadium, Ngor Okpala.
