APC accused Atiku, Amaechi, El-Rufai from the agenda that was hungry for power, defending Tinubu’s reform

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has greatly criticized the former Vice President of Atiku Abubakar, the former Governor of the State Romiechi, and former Governor of the State Kaduna Nasir El-Rufai, described them as failed politicians consumed by despair for power and purely pure by their own interests.

In a statement released on Monday, the Secretary of the APC National Publicity, Felix Morka, defended the government of the Tinubu Bola President, emphasized that the president’s economic reform became the spearhead of “economic transformation that had never happened before” for the nation.

“These changes are anchored to the realistic price determination of Naira and fuel gradually change the country from the economy driven by consumption to production-based,” Morka said.

During the weekend, Atiku, Amaechi, and El-Rufai criticized Tinubu’s leadership, accused that his policy had worsened poverty and disproportionately benefited a small elite, leaving many Nigerians.

APC considers these claims to be hypocritical, on the grounds that the three have held a significant position of power between 1999 and 2023 – including the role of vice president, governor, and ministers – but failed to overcome the current problems for Tinubu.

Morka stated: “In all 24 years, all three, individually or collectively, cannot and do not eradicate poverty in their states or countries. They do not even try to overcome, let alone overcome, structural challenges and distortion that hold the economy and worse poverty for years.

“On the contrary, they enjoy the behavior of looking for rent that is meaningless, selling national assets to their cronies only at low prices, involved in corrupt and wasteful expenses in their states, and endlessly sponsoring state violence against their own people.”

That is about a quarter of a quarter of the FREELING AM NIGERIA.

“When Amaechi stated, I was hungry, he had to mean, and must be understood, that he was hungry and desperate to return to his feelings that were entitled to state dependence and protection. That he was thirsty for two years outside his position only to exploit independent motivation from Amaiechi and the coalition that was not in it.

Morka insisted that the Nigerians saw through what he called the “political tactic that interrupted” Amaechi and his allies, noting that Tinubu’s reform had forced them to adapt to the system built on productivity and innovation rather than personal gain.

He stated: “On the contrary, it was a previous administrative failure, especially 16 years of PDP administration, to allow Naira to find the actual value that created the economic condition of poverty that is now handled by the current government.

“Which was previously considered too high Naira hampered local production, encouraged import dependence, and worsen poverty. Ironically, Atiku and Peter Obi, who are now persistent in criticizing the policies of President Tinubu, gathering their wealth from a very important system they like, they are trying hard to preserve.

Atiku, a former Customs and Excise officer, and Obi, a successful importer, reaps the great benefits of the old system. Their criticism smells of special interest disguised as concern for people. By allowing market strength to determine the value of Naira, the government takes the brave steps needed to catalyze economic growth, encourage investment, increase trends, and overcome.

Morka further argues that President Tinubu has shown a greater political will to overcome Nigeria’s economic challenges than any leader in this new history. “It cannot be announced, in two years, President Tinubu has shown political will to overcome structural obstacles to economic growth and country development is far more than other presidents in Nigerian modern history. With his bold economic reform, President Tinubu systematically built the most powerful fortress to poverty and economic positions to provide sustainable and sustainable growth for all sustainable prakes.

The party stated that criticism from Atiku, Amaechi, and El-Rufai did not rooted in a sincere concern for the masses but longer the longing to return to the lease search system that had long benefited them at the expense of ordinary Nigerians.

“He added,” Criticism that is very much aimed at Amaechi, Atiku, El-Rufai and Peter Obi, shameless efforts to perpetuate and hold fast to the economy of old rental seekers who enrich them at the expense of the Nigerian people.

“As a beneficiary of a corrupt and inefficient economic system, they are uncomfortable that Tinubu’s reforms dismantle harmful and permissive systems that enable and maintain their careless looting and economic exploitation.

“Meanwhile, Nigerians in productive sectors reap the benefits of reforms that have increased opportunities and income. Employers, farmers, and service providers are developing rapidly, while rental seekers such as Amaechi and coalition pairs are abandoned with anger due to disruption of their ability to milk the system for personal acquisition as before.”

Morka refers to the elimination of fuel subsidies and harmonization of exchange rates as the main achievement that has eliminated corruption and increase Nigerian global competitiveness. “The removal of fuel subsidies has become a game-changer. It ended a massive corruption that disrupted fuel subsidy companies, eliminated lack of eternal and queues in gas stations, and had triggered a surge of investment in oil and gas and other economic sectors, expanding opportunities and individuals.

He concluded by emphasizing the broader impact of reform: “With increased income, federal government, state, and local now investing in critical infrastructure, education, health, security, and social welfare.

“What is important, countries that previously struggled to pay the minimum wage of N30,000 now pay a much higher minimum wage of N70,000 per month. This is proof of administrative commitment to improve the welfare of the Nigerians.

“The president’s reform began to greet new days for Nigeria, now witnessing an economic transformation that has never been seen before in the history of our country, driven by the appropriate determination of naira and fuel, and continues to transmit the country from being full of consumption to production -oriented economic power plants.”
