APC trusts the victory of the selection as the ratification of the Tinubu agenda

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has described its performance in Saturday legislative elections in 12 states as great support from the government of Bola President Ahmed Tinubu and the new hope agenda.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Felix Morka, Secretary of the National Publicity of the Party, expressed his gratitude to the Nigerians for what he called the decisive support show, which gave a great victory for APC candidates.

Morka said the results of the election reflect the increasing trust in Tinubu’s leadership and the ongoing government reform. “This victory is another solid support from the administration of the Tinubu Bola President and the new hope agenda designed to provide, and now continue to provide, the economic transformation of our country and other sectors in our national life,” he said.

The ruling party congratulated the winning candidates and accused them of fulfilling their mandate through legislative interventions that would bring concrete benefits to their constituents.

It also praised the National Chairperson of APC, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, described the results as a milestone in the first main election since the office assumption. “This is a strong indicator for the greater things that will come,” said the party.

APC further recognizes the role of the progressive governor, party leader, and supporters of their efforts in mobilizing voters, while praising the Independent National Election Commission (Inec) for the success of election behavior.

“We also salute all security institutions to maintain peace and order, regardless of the case of election violence and voter oppression in several districts,” the statement said.

Reaffirming his gratitude to the Nigerians, the party urged sustainable support for President Tinubu when he pursued economic growth and national development. “Our deepest gratitude remains to Nigerian voters and we urge all Nigerians to maintain their support for our big parties and the president when he continues to open a clear and stable path of prosperity for this generation and future,” he concluded.
