Atiku expresses shock for the death of Audu Ogbeh

Abuja (basic reporter) former vice -president of the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party Nigeria and the People (PDP) of the presidential elections of 2023, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar expressed rude shock for the disappearance of the former minister of agriculture, the boss Audo Ogbeh on Saturday 9 August 2025.

The family of the deceased former president of the PDP had previously announced the disappearance of their beloved father, with whom they said death peacefully.

However, Atiku on his account X Verified on Saturday evening is commensurate with the family and friends of the late Ogbeh, as well as the people of the state of Benue and all the Nigerians, while he prayed that the Almighty grant him eternal rest.

He said: “The sudden disappearance of the innocent leader Audu Ogbeh arrives like a rude shock. Audu was a patriot, a politician of principle, a gentleman par excellence and a reliable ally.

“His leadership of the PDP between 2001 and 2005 was of great impact and his contribution to the construction of the nation was immense. A dentor leader, he combined the intellect with pragmatism and remained a defender of democracy.

“I commissioned with his family, friends, the people of the state of Benue and all the Nigerians. The omnipotent will grant him eternal rest,” says the declaration.
