A former Deputy Chairperson of the National Democratic Party (PDP), Head of Bode George, on Friday stated the belief that the party would emerge stronger than the current challenge after the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting.
The party will hold a NEC meeting on May 15 in Abuja
George, who appeared in the television program Channels, Politics Today, also touched this new defender. From the former governor, Ifeanya Okowa, and his successor, Sheriff Oborevwori, to the Congress of All Progressive (APC).
He described the buyers of PDP officials in Delta as despicable and selfish.
The former Military Governor of Ondo State scolded Okowa, Oborevwori and other defenders because it showed disrespect for the platforms that produced it.

He insisted that APC despite the benefit of changing loyalty did not offer a real alternative for defectors and Nigeria as a whole.
He said: “A date has been determined for our NEC meeting and after the meeting, you will see that the same Iroko tree, a political Iroko tree, will rise again.
“In the divorce in the delta, this is an experience. We have gone through this before. This is not a threat. Because something happens that does not mean it is fixed or fingerity.
“There is starving in the country. There is anger in the country. What do you think they will do there? If it is not a personal jewelry, what will they do there?”
