CAC shifts the implementation of new service fees to October 1

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has delayed the implementation of revised service fees until October 1.

The commission, in a public notification issued on Saturday in Abuja, said the decision was to ensure the full stabilization of the new company registration portal in mid -September.

Previous revised costs are scheduled to take effect on September 1.

This is after CAC has delayed the deadline for the beginning of August 1, following the technical obstacles on the enhanced portal.

The Commission said the latest extension was intended to provide optimal value to customers and stakeholders, while ensuring a smooth transition to a new service regime.

According to Cac, the delay shows its strong commitment to efficient and centered services on customers who meet global standards.

The commission thanked customers and stakeholders for their patience, understanding, and cooperation as long as what was described as a critical phase of transformation.
