An ex -female leader of the PDP, now in APC, has also criticized development, attributing it to what called the “money policy” that accompanied the defection of several PDP stalwarts in the APC.

“APC in Delta has never seen this type of money before. Since the PDP collapsed in APC, huge sums flow into meetings and the leaders to divert them. This same drama took place last month during the male meeting in which the dollars disappeared,” he said.
