Two deadly earthquakes struck Venezuela in less than a minute on Wednesday, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 on the Richter scale, leaving at least 164 people dead and widespread damage in and around the capital, Caracas, as international aid began arriving Thursday morning, and UN agencies quickly deployed aid, support and rescue teams.
