Protesters on Thursday looted a rice-laden truck in Urora community in Ikpoba-okha local government area of Edo State.
Protesters found the vehicle parked on the road while they were protesting in the community.
One of them told journalists that the rice was released to the country by the Federal Government but was allegedly diverted by government officials.
They vowed to find all the locations where federal government aid to Edo State was hidden.

Protesters also recorded video of looting from an unidentified truck.
However, the state Commissioner for Communications and Orientation, Chris Nehikhare, in a statement denied that the rice belonged to the state.
Nehikhare alleged that the videos circulating of the looting were part of a desperate attempt to score cheap political points by the opposition parties.
He said: “The Edo State Government has received information about the looting of sacks of rice from unidentified trucks and private houses in some parts of Benin City following the ‘EndBadBGovernance’ protest.
“The video circulating is said to have come from Urora area in Ikpoba Hill, Benin, and the government does not have a warehouse in that location.”
