Three levels of the government shared a total of N1.82 trillion as an income allocation for June.
This figure is N170 billion higher than N1.65 trillion distributed in May.
The Press Director at the Federation General Accounting Firm (OAGF), Bring Mokwa, announced this in the communication issued at the end of the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) for July which was held on Saturday.
He said N1.82 trillion total income that could be distributed consisted of legal income that could be distributed at N1.01 trillion, value added tax (VAT) from N631,507 billion revenues and exchange revenues from N38.84 billion.
“The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) shows that the total gross income N4,232 trillion is available in June 2025,” Communike said.
“The total reduction in the collection costs is N162,786 billion while the total transfer, intervention, refund, and savings are N2.25 trillion.
“Gross legal income for June 2025 is N3.49 trillion – higher than N2.09 trillion recorded in May with N1.39 trillion.
“Dirty VAT revenue in June was established in the N678.17 billion, representing the N64.65 billion decline from N742.82 billion produced in May.
“From N1.82 trillion the total income that can be distributed, the Federal Government received N645.38 billion, the state received N607.42 billion, and the Regional Government Council received N444.85 billion.
“In addition, N120.76 billion (13 percent of mineral income) is distributed to oil-producing countries as derivation income.
“In the legal revenue N1,018 trillion that can be distributed, communication states that the federal government received N474,455 billion and the state government received N240,650 billion.
“The Regional Government Council receives N185,531 billion, and the number of N118,256 billion (13% of mineral income) is distributed to profitable countries as derivation income.
“From the N631,507 billion Increase Tax Revenue (PPN) that can be distributed, the Federal Government received N94,726 billion, the state government received N315,754 billion, and the Regional Government Council received N221,027 billion.
“A total of total N4,375 billion was received by the federal government from the N29,165 billion electronic money transfer fee (EMTL).
“The state government received N14,582 billion and the Regional Government Council received N10,208 billion.”
