Rangers Foundation Partners Cope & Live, Capio, Ctli on the intervention of screen addiction

The Rangers International Football Club Foundation has announced the expansion and strengthening of its strategic partnership with the main mental health organizations including Cope & Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation, Carmelite Prisoner Interest Organization (Capio) and Campus Technology Life Initiative (CTLI). This collaboration is oriented towards large -scale implementation of the Foundation’s Foundation youth program, “Off the Screente”, an initiative centered on the community aimed at facing the screen addiction and negative digital behavior between children and young people.

Speaking of the development, the president of the Rangers International FC Foundation, the Coach Ebere Amraizu, said that the program is designed using an approach based on evidence to combat issues related to excessive time on the screen, online exploitation and fingerprints harmful among young people.

According to the coach Amraizu, the “Out of the screen” initiative is part of the wider strategic action plan of the Foundation focused on interventions for children and young people, promoting mental health, emotional well -being and sustainable development objectives. The initiative deals with the physical, cognitive, social, emotional and behavioral consequences of digital overexposure, which take place from irritability, mood changes, a reduced interval of attention and a social retreat, to childhood obesity.

“We are proud to collaborate with Cope & Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation, which operates in over 15 states and global level through its Coli Mental Health Academy, bringing worldwide skills in the recovery of screen addiction and mental well -being,” Amraiizu observed.

The program is structured in modular paintings that guarantee measurable results through guided implementation, continuous commitment and the robust evaluation of the impact. It also aims to raise awareness of online dangers such as sixth and fingerprints negative.

Through this strengthened coalition, the Rangers Foundation and its partners aim to restore the balance in the digital use between children and young people by promoting healthy screen habits and encouraging the effective use of devices such as smartphones and tablets for cognitive development and the improvement of well -being.

The coach Amraizu concluded by urge the schools, families and interested parties of the community to embrace the initiative and support their implementation, in particular within the South -est of Nigeria and beyond.

He expressed optimism that sustained efforts to plant trees would help make Abeokuta greener, Ogun State healthier and Nigeria more resilient to environmental risks. Badmos reaffirmed NES’s commitment to ongoing support, awareness creation and practical interventions aimed at promoting a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
