The former national president of the Labor Party (LP), Julius Abure, was presumably attacked on Friday, at Nnamdi Azikiwe, Abuja international airport by a woman identified as a precious oruche, popularly known as Mama P.

A statement on Saturday by the spokesman for the party faction, Obiora Ifoh, he explained that Abure was quietly lined up to get on board a Max Air in Benin flight when he was attacked by his mother P.

“The attacker, Madam P, who is also a known content creator, continued the attack for the duration of the flight, challenging all the attempts by the Max Air flight attendants to calm it down. The assault, which attracted a large number of curious, continued to land at the Benin airport while continuing to record the scene,” he said.

According to IFOH, “in one of her releases released, the lady claimed to have contacts with the highest police hierarchy, she boasted that nothing happened to her and promised that she will not stop attacking abure or any member of the Labor Party manager because, according to her, you killed the Labor Party and you are the reason why Obi will no longer be in the Labor party.

“We sincerely believe that the lady-angel was in an assignment to fulfill the wishes of her paymaster. The assault and cyber-bullying are serious crimes according to our laws and we think that the police have to fish its sponsors and cohorts and bring them to book.

“We are asking the members of the Labor Party to be calm, even in the face of this unjustified provocation, and we await the result of the investigations on the attack not caused against the party leadership.”
