FUOTUOKE Pre-Diploma Admission Form 2024/2025

This is to inform all prospective applicants that the Federal University Otuoke Bayelser has released its pre-degree admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its pre-degree programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The Pre-Diploma Program is a one-year intensive foundation program designed to prepare candidates to successfully sit the UTME examination and acquire admission to the 100 level of the desired study program.

Conditions of admission

Applicants for the JUPEB (Foundation) program must possess passing credits in O’ level subjects from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in at least five subjects, including English, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects, in not more than two sessions . Successful candidates must register and appear for the 2025 UTME examination with the relevant subject combination for their desired course of study.

Application method

Applicants are required to make a non-refundable payment of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) only. Visit the applications on http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for the online application.

Documents required for online application

Candidates must download:

1. Identity photo (in JPG format)
2. Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level results
3. Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (in PDF format)
4. Scanned copy of birth certificate or age declaration (in PDF format)

On completion of the online process, applicants must come with a printed copy of the acknowledgment of application and copies of all documents uploaded to the School of Basic Studies Complex, West Campus, Federal University of ‘Otuoke, for selection and registration.

Closing Date for the online application is Monday September 30, 2024.
