Gabon Int’l Aaron dies after falling from the 11th floor of the construction in China

Gabon’s international striker Aaron Boupendza died after falling from a building in China. According to the reports, Boupendza, 28, died after falling from the 11th floor.

“At 28 years, Boupendza is remembered as a great striker who left a lasting impression in the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon (in 2022),” said Fegafoot in a statement (through Mirror).

“Trained in CF Mounana and Bordeaux in France, the Gabóne striker joined the Chinese league after a brief period in Romania.

“Fegafoot and the great Gabonese football family offer their biological family their sincere condolences at this difficult time.”

The former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played with Boupendza for Gabon and has led the taxes. “I don’t have the words,” he wrote in French on Instagram with an image of the two who embrace in the image. “Rest in peace my brother.”

Boupendza had made 35 appearances for Gabon since its debut in 2016, scoring eight goals. He thought of the African Nations Cup for his country last year.

“It is with great sadness that I find out about the tragic death of Aaron Boupendza, a talented front center that brought honor to Gabonese football,” said Gabon’s president Brice Oligui Nguema. “I offer my sincere condolences to your family and friends. May God bless his soul.”
