Since the first edition of the Kingdom Unity Games (Kuga 2025) will begin on Saturday 6 September, at the National Stadium of ABIOLA DI MOSHOOD in Abuja, First Lady in Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, secretary of the Federation, Senator George Akume, head of the defense staff, General Christopher Musa and The Federation Territory (FCT), Nyess, Nysots, Nysots, Nyeas, Nysots, Nysot. They have passed the list of dignitaries who should participate in the opening ceremony of the one -week tournament.

This was disclosed on Thursday during a press briefing to announce the games. Contacting the press, the converse of Kuga 2025, the ambassador Solomon Omonokhua, said that the Kingdom Unity Games (Kuga 2025) is an innovative tournament aimed at promoting the unit and company among the Christians of different denominations in the Federal Capital territory (FCT) and its environments through competitive sports. The event emphasizes the construction of peace, discipline, spiritual growth and youth development.

He observed that General Musa, who is the president of the event, was very passionate about games because sport is one of the factors that can be easily used to curb insecurity in society. According to him, General Musa assured the organizers that any event that will remove the young Nigerians outside the streets is welcome and the general defense headquarters will support him, even with his presence. He added that sport is an important unifying factor in Nigeria.

The Ambassador Omonokhua noticed that three sports will be competed for: football, basketball and volleyball. He also noticed that 32 teams – 16 football teams, 8 volleyball teams and 8 basketball teams – will participate in the tournament, which will last for a week.

Ambassador Solomon Omonokhua, conocator of Kuga 2025 and representative of the Kingdom Star Sports International Foundation, described the event as a bold step towards the discovery and cultivation of young athletic talents within the church communities through the FCT and beyond. “Our goal is to identify the young equipped athletes who could otherwise go unnoticed,” said Omonokhua. “Through this platform, we want to provide them with exposure and opportunities to be explored by the agencies of local and international talents.”

In collaboration with Celebrity Sports Magazine, the games aim to establish a sustainable sports platform that connects young people to professional paths by promoting peace and unity. He added that other dignitaries who will participate in the event include governors of the state of Plateau and the state of Taraba, the leaders of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), the Nigeria Volleyball Federation and the Nigeria basketball Federation, as well as the leadership of the National Sports Commission (NSC).
