Lookman Bags Assist In Atalanta’s Defeat Away To Cagliari

Ademola Lookman had an assist in Atalanta’s 2-1 defeat away to Cagliari in the Serie A on Sunday.

It is Lookman’s fourth assist in 24 league appearances for Atalanta this season.

Lookman set up Gianluca Scamacca for the opening goal in the 13th minute.

Tommaso Augelio equalised for Cagliari in the 42nd minute before Nicolas Viola got the winner on 88 minutes.

Atalanta have now lost back-to-back games and are currently in sixth position in the league table.

Up next for Atalanta is the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals against Liverpool at Anfield.

They will hope to get back to winning in the league when they host Hellas Verona on Monday 15 April.
