Noa Dg, the high officials join the executive training in Morocco

Casablanca (basic reporter) in a strategic move to strengthen the performance of the national orientation agency (Noa) and the advanced progress of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the renewed hope agenda of Tinubu, the general manager Mallam Lanre Issa-Honilu, together with the officials of the high agencies, joined the executive program for integrated services, the responsibility and the management of digital risk management and management For the public leader in Casablancia, Morocco.
Organized by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) in collaboration with the Center for African Development Studies (ADSC), the training aims to improve digital governance, the responsibility and the provision of services focused on citizens in the public sector of Nigeria.
During the flagship session, Mallam Issa-Sylilu underlined the importance of unity in accelerating the growth of Nigeria. He underlined how Noa is taking advantage of digital technologies to strengthen its structure, improve its mission and provide the mandate to raise awareness of the Nigerians on policies, programs and government activities. Young people, who represent the largest share of the population, remain a central focus of these efforts.

He also noticed the deployment of innovative tools such as hackathon and incentives to deepen the knowledge of young people of government initiatives. Through Clheean, the assistant of the voice and the chat fed by the AI of the Noa, citizens can ask questions and receive answers in real time on the policies of the government between ministries, departments and agencies (MDA), filling the gap between the government and the people.
By declaring the open opening, the general manager of BPSR, Dr. of Arabi explained that the program strengthens the eighth priority area of the Agenda of President Tinubu: guaranteeing inclusiveness through measurable performance indicators. Dr. Arabi stressed that the initiative, anchored on 15 key indicators, tries to modernize the public service of Nigeria and create a unified government website in line with the National E-overnomenting Master Plan, including digital discs management systems.
He stressed that effective governance requires to connect individual and institutional services to measurable results, promoting responsibility, transparency and trust. While digital transformation promises efficiency, innovation and improvement of the provision of services, it also introduces risks such as computer threats and data violations, which must be mitigated through solid digital risk management.
One of the salient moments of the program was a presentation of Hasnaa Boutzil, an expert managing the project and organizational leadership that transformed the Crphos analysis laboratory into a world -renowned reference center. He shared insights from the Morocco reform journey, underlining the importance of strong institutional paintings, a clear political direction and governance focused on citizens.
By drawing on his experience, Boutzil observed: “Sometimes seniority is exchanged for the competence. The real value has not been spent for how many years you have spent, but from the competence you have and from the value you bring”. He underlined that the reforms must be guided by the application, adding: “The need for infrastructure must come from below, by those who use it-non only imposed from above”. He also warned that “it is not just numbers. The real reform concerns the creation of value, responsibilities and sustainable results”.
The participants have engaged in group sessions that analyze the cases of study through four strategic alignment models: the balanced scorecard, the strategy maps, the logical models and the theory of change. Other facilitators included Victor Walsh Oluwafemi, Youssef Talabi and Dr. Idahosa Osamhanze. The participants in the public sector represented agencies including Nitda, Ambom and the Ministry of Finance.
