Protesters hold church service at protest site in Jos (Photo)

The ongoing #EndBadGovernance protests to draw attention to the economic situation in the country entered its fourth day on Sunday with protesters still taking to the streets to join the demonstrations.

In Jos, the capital of Plateau State, Christians among the protesters chose to attend church services at the protest site, rather than going to a physical church.

They held a Sunday service right at the protest site at Old Airport Junction in Jos with prayers offered for divine intervention in the economic crisis plaguing Nigerians.

The service was led by Prophet Isa El-Buba, who has been part of the hunger protests since August 1, when the protests began.

The protests continued despite orders from President Bola Tinubu for organizers to stop their actions and make room for dialogue.

The president in a nationwide protest on Sunday listed the programmes his government has implemented to ease the people’s hardships.
