Remo Stars wins the first NPFL title

It is a day of double celebration for the Stars of Remo as they obtained their first ever title of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) with a dramatic 1-0 victory over the Tornado of the Niger-Opportunity at the 59th birthday of the President of the Club, Capo Kunle Soname.
In a tense and electrifying meeting in Ikenne, it was Olamiilekan AdeDayo who engraved his name in the history of Remo Stars forever.
In the 84th minute, he sparked an unstoppable rocket on the net, sending the crowd of the house into an absolute pandemonium.
He browsed a rocket home to seal him.
The goal has not only secured all three points, but mathematically conquered the title of championship, realizing a season of dreams for the Sky Blue stars.
It was a perfectly written screenplay: a birthday gift of the highest order for the chief Kunle Soname, the man who founded and fed the stars of Remo from humble beginnings to the top of Nigerian football.
Remo Stars has now officially informed their name in the history of NPFL.
