Fast rising Ghanaian artist and street lyricist RICH BOY jumps into a gritty, battle-ready mindset with a furious, street-certified hip-hop edge,”JackBoy”, in his studio LP SOMEWHERE IN THE STREETS.

This hard-hitting record arrives at a time when West African hip-hop purists, street-hop fanatics and trap fiends are looking for gritty, message-driven anthems based on trench alertness, perseverance and survival values. RICH KID uses “JackBoy” to expose the harsh truths of chaos, tackling neighborhood discord and navigating high-stakes scenarios without losing focus.

The sound architect creates a dark and frightening soundtrack with haunting melodic loops, discreet ambient pads and lively percussive shakers. The deep, smooth 808 sub-bass lines keep the bounce powerful without cluttering the lyrical arena.

RICH BOY he takes the microphone with his signature rough voice and powerful presence.
