The court provides a guarantee of senator Natasha for his own recognition

The Federal High Court who sat in Abuja, on Monday, gave a guarantee to the suspended senator representing the Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Audaughan, for self-recognition.

MPs who are fighting who are currently in the suspension of six months who slammed it by the Senate, were charged with the accusations that were changed six in front of Muhammated Umar judges by the Federal Government on charges of making fake murder claims against the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.

According to the Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation (DPPF), Mohammed Abubakar, Senator has made accusations that some politicians who opposed him plan to kill him.

Abubakar told the court that the MPs made alleged crime when he spoke to his supporters in the state of Kogi and on April 3, during the live broadcast at Channels Television Politics today where he specifically named Akpabio and Bello, as a participant in a meeting where the plan to eliminate it was heated.

According to one of the accusations under the Cyber ​​Crime Act amended by Nigeria, Akpoti-Audaughan allegedly said:

“Akpabio told Yahaya Bello that he had to make sure that killing me did not happen in Abuja, it had to be done in Kogi, so it seemed like the people who killed me.”

The federal government stated that the statement that was widely disseminated through a digital platform was deliberately wrong and intended to incite riots.

When the indictment was read to him, Akpoti-Uduaghan claimed to be innocent while Abubakar did not submit any process to challenge his release with guarantee.
