The court remains 34 years old for raising three sisters, one in Ibadan

Thursday, a 34 -year -old man, Femi James, was ordered to be postponed in a correction structure by a court of the magistrates of Iyaganku in Ibadan, in the state of Oyo, for the accusations of raping three sisters and another woman.

The Court, chaired by the magistrate Adebola Adeola, refused to take the reason for James for reasons of lack of jurisdiction.

He directed that the case of the case was forwarded to the director of the judicial public (DPP) for legal advice and has updated the case until June 19 for mention.

James, whose residential speech has not been disclosed, is facing an accusation of rape, a crime that has been committed for a long period between 2017 and 2025 in the Akobo area of ​​Ibadan.

According to the prosecutor, Sergeant Kehinde Olarotimi, the accused would have had an illegal carnal knowledge of the victims – three sisters identified as Udomex G. (27), Udomex J. (28), Udomex B. (17) – and another woman, Idowu V. (28), all without their allow.

The alleged crime is said to contravene section 358 of the criminal laws of the State of Oyo, 2000.

The judicial proceeding has aroused dark reactions from the observers, with many who express concern for the prolonged period during which the alleged acts occurred.

The case continues to attract attention while the public awaits the result of the review of the DPP.
