The former head of the Fcc Farida Waziri pays homage to Buhari, recalls personal favor

The former president of the commission for economic and financial crimes (EFCC), Mrs. Farida Waziri, paid tribute to the deceased former president Muhammadu Buhari, saying that he will never forget the positive impact he has had on his life.

In a message of condolences on Wednesday, Waziri described the death of Buhari as a national loss and a personal moment of reflection.

He said that the former president would be remembered for his discipline, honesty and commitment throughout his life to fight corruption.

“From his military days to his democratic domain, President Bohari remained faithful to his anti -corruption position,” he said.

Waziri praised Buhari’s personal integrity, saying that he lived modestly and led by the example.

He also revealed that his degree of withdrawal of the General Inspector Assistant Police (AIG) was restored under the Administration of Buhari, describing the gesture as proof of his equity and character.

“In a system where justice is often elusive, Buhari represented what was right,” he said.

Waziri concluded by praying for the soul of Buhari and invited the Nigerians to remember him as a soldier, a statesman and a man of integrity.
