The governor directs 100% of increase in the body members of the body

Governor Dauda Lawal of the State of Zamfara has directed an increase in the allowances of members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) recorded in the state of 100 %.

Lawal revealed him on Friday in Gusau, while declared the orientation course for the Batch 2025 “A” open, the members of the stream I Corps published in the State.
The governor was represented by the secretary of the state government, Malam Abubakar Nakwada during the event.
He reiterated the commitment of his administration in guaranteeing the safety and well -being of all 550 body members
deployed to the state.
“I am happy to inform you that I directed the resumption of payment of state allowances to all members of the body of the state.
“I also directed the upper increases of the body members of the body of 100 %.
“My administration is also willing to pay special indemnities to members of the medical body who serve in the state,” promised the governor.
He urged the members of the body to respect and learn from the rich history, culture and tradition of the good people from Zamfara.
“I assure members of the body of adequate security and warm hospitality during their year of service in the state.
“I want to reiterate that we will pay full attention to your safety and well -being.
“We will give you all the support necessary to perform your functions and provide everything you need to make your stay here memorable,” the Governor assured.
Previously, the coordinator of the state of the NYSC, Mohammad Ahmad, thanked the governor Lawal for his constant support for the NYSC scheme.
“We appreciate the state government for an adequate supply of additional structures and the approval for the payment of state allowances to Corp members,” said Ahmad.
