The Hadin Kai Operations Forces (OPHK) have killed a famous Islamic commander for the West African Province (ISWAP), Jidda night, and a number of his fighters in coordinated operations in the states of Borno and Yobe.
Deputy Director of Acting, Army Public Relations, the Headquarters of the Headquarters, OPHK, Captain Reuben Kovangiya, revealed this in a statement on Tuesday in Maiduguri.
He said the operation was launched on June 9 in the Ngazalgana region in the Gujba Regional Government in Yobe State, with the close air support of the OPHK air component.
The spokesman said: “Jidda’s night, which was identified as Ameer of Ngorgore and Malumti villages, met his death during the fierce engagement with troops, who defeated the terrorists with superior fire.

“Some terrorists escaped with gunshot wounds, while others were neutralized during the follow -up meeting in the Timbuktu triangle, where the troops carried out a quick ambush operation.
“In the process of sustainable exploitation in the general area of ββMallamfatori in LGA Atikam, where new attacks have been recorded, troops find more terrorist bodies that are neutralized and restore a series of weapons and equipment.
“Revealed items include AK-47 rifles, motorbikes, rocket-launching weapons, magazines, large ammunition, hand grenades, mobile radios, and other logistics items.”
