Donald Trump said he was “very angry” and “annoyed” after Vladimir Putin criticized the credibility of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in a telephone call with the US Sky News partner network, NBC News.
Trump said that the comments of the new Russian president -new, called for the transitional government to be applied in Ukraine in a step that could effectively encourage MR MR MR Zelenskyy“Not going in the right direction”.
He told NBC from Kirsten Welker: “If I feel we are in the middle of negotiations, you can say that I am very angry, upset, when Putin said yesterday – you know, when Putin starts entering the credibility of Zelenskyy, because it doesn’t go in the right direction.”
This is a rare step by Trump to criticize MR Putinwhich he generally said positively during the discussion to end the war in Ukraine.
Last month, he also released a series of critical comments about Zelenskyy’s leadership, calling it “dictator” and made a baseless claim he already had “Bad Agreement” rating in Ukraine.
The President added that if Russia could not make an agreement on “stop bloodshed in Ukraine” – and Trump felt that Moscow to blame – then he would put secondary tariffs on “all the oil that came out of Russia”.
“That will be that if you buy oil from Russia, you cannot do business in the United States. There will be a 25% tariff for all oils, a tariff of 25 to 50 points on all oils,” he said.
Trump said that Putin knew he was angry, but added that he had a “excellent relationship with him” and “anger disappeared quickly … if he did the right thing”.
He said he planned to talk to the Russian president this week.
In a broad interview with NBC, Trump also discussed:
• The possibility of finding a third term of office in the office;
• Forcing secondary tariffs on Iran;
• Does not rule out military government to annex Greenland;
• Confirmed that nothing will be fired because of the signal group chatting error.

‘Not joking’ about finding a third term
When asked whether he would try to live in the White House for the third term, which was prohibited by the constitution under the 222 amendment, Trump told NBC: “Many people want me to do it.”
He added: “I basically tell them that we still have to take a long path, you know, this is very early in administration. I focus on now.”
The President said he liked to work, and would be interested in remaining in the role of four years after the second term ended in 2028.
“I’m not kidding,” he said, when asked to clarify. “But I didn’t – too early to think about it.”
Trump said that one method in which the third term was possible was by the Vice President JD Vance for his position and then handed over his responsibility. He refused to share details about other methods he claimed to exist.
Threaten Iran with bombing and tariffs
Trump said that if Tehran did not make an agreement with the US to ensure it did not develop nuclear weapons, there might be a bombing and secondary tariff.
Tariffs will affect buyers of state goods. Appeared after he signed the executive order last week ratified the tariff to the buyer of Venezuela oil.
Iranian President Masoud Pezishkian said on Sunday that Iran had rejected direct negotiations with the US, but opened the possibility of indirect negotiations with Washington.
Nothing will be fired because of the signal group chatting error

Greenland Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen responded to Trump’s comments by emphasizing that the US would not control the Arctic state, and that it “controlled his own future”.
