Please note:

1. You are supposed to use only one passport photo throughout your post-UTME registration and all your documents must be attached to the same passport.
2. Make sure your fingerprints are captured by the system, make sure your passport is uploaded correctly.

Here are the documents you need to prepare before attempting to fill your online form and when you sit for the post-UTME screening exercise. They are as follows:

• Prepare your O level results, this must be photocopies or original. (NECO, WAEC, SSCE, O/L, NABTEB)
• Come with a copy of your acknowledgment of receipt of the selection form, make sure to also attach one of your recent passports.
• Your JAMB slip will also be requested upon entering the examination hall.
• Finally, ensure that you separately obtain a recent passport and on the back of the passport, write your JAMB registration number and your names. Remember that this passport must be red in background
