UNSC LIVE: Congo peace deal fails to stop fighting as Ebola worsens crisis

That Security Council met in New York in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on Tuesday, where clashes between Government forces and M23 rebels continued in the east, despite a series of peace agreements. The ambassadors focused on monitoring the ceasefire, rising tensions between Congo and Rwanda, as well as the worst Ebola outbreak ever recorded in the country, which has killed more than 3,900 people.
