The reprint portal for the unified tertiary registration exam of 2025 (UTME) has officially opened its doors today, Saturday April 19, 2025.
While many candidates have managed to print their examination slips, some candidates may have difficulty printing immediately.
If you are among those who cannot yet print your shift, There is no need to panic.
Here are simple steps you need to take.
1. Stay calm and patient
Sometimes the JAM portal experiences intense traffic when many candidates try to reprint at the same time.
This can slow down the system or make the load of your shift difficult.
If this happens, just wait a few hours and try again – preferably early in the morning or late at night, when traffic is lighter.
2. Confirm that you use the correct portal
Make sure you reprint your shift in the official ham gate:
👉 https://slipsprint.jamb.gov.ng/printexaminationslip
If you are not using the correct link, you may experience errors or see bad information.
Always check the website address before continuing.
3. Enter the correct information
Carefully enter your Recording number,, Phone numberOr E-mail address Exactly as you used when recording the ham.
If there is an error in the information you enter, the system will not find your shift.
4. Try another device or browser
If you try from a mobile phone and do not take care of properly, consider going to a laptop or a desktop computer.
In addition, trying another browser like Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge could solve the problem.
5. Visit an accredited CBT center
If you still can’t print after trying everything, just visit the nearest accredited CBT center.
They will help you print your slip easily for a small service charge.
Access your recording details (registration number, phone number or email).
Final advice
Not being able to print your slip immediately does not mean that you have a problem with your exam.
It is generally a small technical delay which can be easily resolved by trying again or by visiting a center.
The UTME 2025 should begin Thursday April 24, 2025.
Applicants are advised to print their sheets early, check all their exam details and prepare for their exams properly.
