Imagine your dad is a pastor, and a member wants to invite your dad to name the child and then writes letter your dad and says “…the family of xxx found you worthy of christening our child…” would you find it nice?
I believe, if your family isn’t indebted to them or they feed the family to a significant height or the family can’t read, whoever reads the letter will find such statement offensive

Nobody is too big for disrespect….Life happens, people are imperfect. From personal experience, I also don’t tolerate disrespect but I also know that I shouldn’t expect what I know I deserve from others. Because once again…life happens and we are imperfect.
